I am just writing to express my full support behind Homer becoming an officially recognized sanctuary city. When I came to Homer 13 years ago as an Americorps member, I felt the loving embrace of this community and have worked hard for the following years to try to pay that forward. Thank you for bringing this to the table. It is just one more thing to be proud of in Homer.
