Subject: Response to Homer City Council Resolution 17 xxx

                                                         WITH reference to Resolution 17.xxx,

                                           As proposed by Aderhold, Reynolds, and Lewis, in draft form, with  copy attached:

 .......................................Where as;

   The attached draft, Resolution17.xxx   expresses with inflammatory  and divisive language the   extreme political-activist views of its Authors:  Aderhold,Lewis and Reynolds, describes and promulgates in the public record  personal and  religious views of the AUTHORS, in a clear direct affront to the single demographic, precisely  defined by it's  conspicuously narrow exclusion from the many and severally  constructed victim-groups, here assembled,    in blatant and public disregard for ethical standards of public service, while dramatically, egregiously and illegally exceeding the reasonable powers of city council  as vested, described, and limited by the Alaska State Constitution.

....................................Where as;

  The use of City Council office as pulpit for dissemination of religious views, or as platform for broadcasting  political activism is unlawful, unethical, and outside the bounds of permissable conduct in public service.

.....................................And, Where as:

   Casual inspection of Resolution 17.xxx   clearly exposes  Council Member's blatant  negligence of duty, demonstrates  multiple unethical misconduct(s) of office, and describes the illegal  misuse of  public office for personal political ends.

 .......................................Therefore,

   Given the above described City Council Member's actions, there  can be no recourse short of the  Several  Council Member's

 resignations, presently, and immediately tendered.

.

............................Please Witness:

  Copies of the Homer City Council resolution 17.xxx are transmitted  forward to  Alaska State Attorney Generals office for ethical review as well as censure for abuse of public office.

.

............................. In Closing:

  Here accepts  Homer City Clerk, my cash bond in the amount ONE Hundred dollars, in advance payment for the diligent accretion,  consolidation, and transmission of   true copies of all   correspondence, discussion, and  conspiracy pertaining to, or conducted in the contemplation, preparation,  and construction of this resolution 17.xxx, as may have  recorded  in print,  magnetic, electronic, or other  means, all records,  notes and data delivered to both my receipt, as well as carbon copied to State of Alaska,  office of the Attorney General, at my expense.

.

 Respectfully Tendered,

Dean Ravin
