I am a small business owner located in Homer, Alaska, and I support Resolution 17-019 whole heartedly.

Some may say that there is no reason to reaffirm what we already hold as standards for the quality of life our small community provides to it's residents.

However, I would say that there are other's in the US who are beginning to question their own resolve in standing up for and protecting many minorities within their own communities, and by reaffirming our own resolve, we can provide a leadership example that may well help to maintain the fine qualities of this great country that we have all been fortunate enough to enjoy.

Sincerely,

Joe Martin
