Subject: Resolution 17

Attention : Mayor and City Council Members,

Ref: Resolution 17

As 36 years residents we are greatly disturbed with the resolution that is being put forth by this city council. This is not representative of most of the residents of Homer and especially is not what you were elected to do. As a city council member we expect you to be dealing with priorities within the city of Homer.

Therefore, as voting citizens, business owners and property owners we urge you to vote NO on resolution 17 and stop the absurd and unlawful way this city council is conducting this city's business.

Sincerely,
Kim and Debbie Seymour
