RE: Tolerance Resolution

Hello,

I have received your comments on Resolution 17-019. Although your email missed the council packet deadline (11:00 a.m. today), it will still be included in the supplemental packet that publishes and prints on Monday, February 27th. The council packet will be published tomorrow morning. You may access it at: http://www.cityofhomer-ak.gov/citycouncil/city-council-regular-meeting-150

Thank you,

Subject: Tolerance Resolution

Please ask the authors or co-sponsors of this resolution if they were the authors of this resolution or did someone put them up to it?  Ask them if there is room in their resolution for people who disagree with them?  Ask them if there is room in their resolution for law abiding citizens?  Ask them if they came home from the coffee shop and found a stranger in their house, would they ask them to leave or would they listen to the stanger's argument about their rights to be in your house?

This resolution is an embarrassment to the great city of Homer.
