Dear Councilwoman Reynolds,
I wish to express my deep dissapointment in your ignoring the overwhelming will of the people of the city of Homer and voting in favor of Resolution 17-019. You did a great disservice to all the community. Please do not seek to shove such completely unwelcome actions of an elected governing body down the throats of the constituents. Again, I am so disappointed, but even more disappointed by how the Resolution sowed such discord in our community. It should have been pulled long before that crowded meeting. May we work in small ways to rebuild trust, compassion, and harmony in our community, and not seek to mandate special attention for special classes.
